I suggest add intermittent fasting rather than calorie counting. Ive been zero carb for 12 months. It’s been a slow process for me. I have noticed I see weight loss when I fast - typically one big meal a day. Good luck - I’ve drank the coolaid and am sold on low carb. When my weight loss slowed I cut back on fat and started tracking calories
