The construction Co. I work for had a job in Colorado. We are a drug free Co. If you failed your drug test you were let go. No matter that its legal there. Company policy.
If I am prescribed by my doctor Oxy (for example) and I go for a drug test and the result is positive, I simply produce my RX and I am all good.
So, I figure the same if "Medical Pot" is legal it would be same as above... my thoughts anyhow Oh No. No, no, no. You're using logic. You must remember that our medical system is all about the money. If you paid a doctor for the prescription and paid a pharmacy for the pills, you're good to go. But if use a safer, less addictive, and more effective treatment (that didn't require a doctor and pharmacy) you're screwed.
