With any bank, it is going to be the quality of the person you are interacting with that determines you view of the bank. Every bank is going to have clients that have a bad experience and some are going to love it. I would recommend you go and visit a couple of the recommendations above and talk with one of the people in the lobby and get a feel for them. If they are just there to take your order and do what you say, which is what most people want, I would be leary. Those type people normally do not worry about their client relationships. You want to find someone who gives you advice based on your situation, that you feel comfortable with, can talk to, and somewhat trust because at some point you are going to need them and you want them to know you.

Avadian Credit Union is really a great financial institution. They have branches in Hoover, Pelham and Helena along with 20 or so additional branches located from Mobile to Huntsville.

Most, if not all Home Banking platforms should interface with Quicken. All of the ones I have dealt with have that feature.
