Not too bad or you would be a lot bigger. I'm about where you are now but I lost 120 lbs to get here. You will have to be stricter and do a bit more extra to burn it off than one of us bigger guys. At this weight I can change 5 lbs overnight either way,just depending on what way I ate,exercised and even crapped in the last couple days.
