Let’s say the city you lived in bought a little piece of property from a private owner. Let’s say this piece of property also has a nice little pond on it that you actually fished many years ago. Since its now city property, and you live in the city, would you consider it trespassing to go fish it? Asking for a friend. whistle

Lets say you produce a little agreement from the owner prior to the sale of the property giving you permission to fish the pond forever and super seeds any and all other agreements prior or after the sale of the property indefinitely and forever.

Not to derail, but does anyone know where I can buy an old hand-crank telephone? I collect antiques, you know.

Go for it. We fish a little lake the city owns and nobody has said anything about it.

It's not trespassing if you think it isn't..

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Now a serious answer..........If the city has not given you, or the general public permission, then yes, it is Trespassing.

Truth! If you pull up to it like you’re suppose to be there nothing will be said.

Does the same apply to your home as long as you are not there and I do not get caught?
