You're spot on, that's a Spanish 98 but it's almost sacrilegious to mount a Hubble monster scope on her....like putting a lift kit and spinning rims on a vintage sports car  Agreed. And Talley lightweights also. I like those mounts for a Remington 700 but those are teets on a boar for that rifle. Buy Talley bases and vertical split rings to add a touch of class to that rifle and a n ice scope with an objective no bigger than 40mm.
