I've watched nearly every game this year. They aren't shooting 3s at a great percentage. They just shoot them in bunches. The difference in Auburn being able to play with a team like Tennessee is their defense. When they defend and get turnovers they get out in transition and get good looks. That defense is what beat Tennessee and several others down the stretch. Auburn only shot 37.5% from 3 point range against Tennessee but that pressure defense got them 13 more shots than Tennessee due to turnovers and offensive rebounds. They'll need that same kind of effort to get past Kansas in the second round.
