When you shoot at a turkey with a bow/crossbow, do you shoot at the head or just shoot center of mass? Try to get it in his vitals / low breast area, unless you are shooting those windmill heads that are designed to decapitate them. You pretty much want to put an arrow through his upper thigh to get in there with the heart and lungs. If his back is to you shoot him in that little bullseye the good lord gave him at the base of his tail fan.
