If you do spray foam, I recommend getting a multi-stage HVAC. I have spray foam and spent the extra coin to get a multi-staged unit. Its nice in the summer when the AC runs on the lowest stage, keeps the house nice and cool, keeps the humidity low, and the power bill is cheap.
