Decent attorney should be able to help this guy. I know the internet is outraged by his shot, but I can see a case for acquittal. He may not have seen the boaters, and the boaters weren’t even in the line of Fire. Ok.......do I need to be the one or does one of the other mods want to do it? You wanting to ban somebody because you don't agree with them? Not ban him. Just slap him. No doubt that is needed
