Decent attorney should be able to help this guy. I know the internet is outraged by his shot, but I can see a case for acquittal. He may not have seen the boaters, and the boaters weren’t even in the line of Fire. Damn, You out on bond ?

Ben, you seem to want to defend the hunter's stupidity. I know your perspective would be vastly different if you and your kids had been in a boat near where he shot.
