Was thinking about getting outfitters license but been checking local outfitters think 3 out of 4 are crooked. Cost for leasing ground has went crazy plus other expenses its not worth it .I have let 9 out of staters hunt on me for free have been screwed over by a third of them. Tuff looking at it from both sides

Panhandle is the spot and it is not over hunted. Most people think South when they think Texas.

Hunting brings out the worst in people.
