This league is being supported by the NFL, I doubt they'll take high school kids or even college kids who are too young for NFL standards.

It’s an NFL rule, not a college rule that you can’t go pro right away
I was thinking this league had the same rule as the NFL, for now. "3 years beyond high school" or whatever the actual rule is.
