Had cartilage popped off rib by chiropractor...it was awful.
.......hurt for well over a year...thought it was what you have but it wasnt....they diagnosed as that.....very painful! Hate to hear that

See it all the time about the only thing to do for it is NSAIDS (Advil, ibuprofen, aleve) and a short course of steroids. No NSAIDs if you have a history of kidney disease or gastric ulcers


Only accurate rifles are interesting.

I had two ribs dislocated during Lung surgery in 2014 that caused costochondritis, it still hurts everyday and becomes unbearable if I do anything that requires my arms stretched out in front like working inside a Control Panel, which is what I do for a living.
Ibuprofen settles it right on down though.
