He doesn't have a pot belly, fairly straight line and his rump isn't drooped down so he's north of 8. I'll say 7.

Big body makes legs look short, and may make rack look smaller. That said, IF an Alabama deer, I would go high 120's to low 130's. Healthy deer. Can't guess age based on body size without knowing when/where deer was living when picture taken.I could not see picture except in post, did not see a time /date stamp.
