Ok so I started with some mushrooms, pulled the stems and cleaned them up. programs to take screenshotsThen put them in a greased iron skillet Then fill them with a low carb marinara or pizza sauce and top with some Italian seasoning or just some dried basil (That’s what I did) url images uploadThen top with motzerella, pepperoni chopped up small and roast at 450 in the oven for about 18 mins, longer to brown if you like. Garnish with a little fresh basil Enjoy!!
