If it is such an issue, and they feel wronged, take it before a Judge and/or Jury.


I agree. But most folks aren't going to go to court because of having to miss work and all the added cost, when it's much easier to pay the fine.

Yeah i wasn't really referring to the warning ticket, kinda typing out loud lol, there's a lot of responses telling people to take it to court, but that can be especially hard for someone when they may possibly hunt 2 or even 3 counties away from home, so they end up just paying, even when they may have possibly been wronged...


From what I've seen, 100% are found guilty in court. If appealled, 100% of the cases have been dropped. Just what I've seen.
