We had the best healthcare in the world and the damned dems had to screw that up. It would be fixed in a couple of days if Congress had to use the same plan as average Americans. Drain the damn swamp!

Obamacare has basically eaten away both of my girls college fund and will eventually keep us from ever paying our home off. I was on pace to have home paid off and most of girls college paid for by 50 years old. I don’t hate much but Obamacare has robbed my family of a lot.

We did, if you had healthcare insurance. But the US economy has moved from a manufacturing to a service economy. Fewer employers are offering affordable insurance for their employees. Thus more people are having to pay exorbitant premiums or have very high deductible policies.

Isn't it funny how the government causes a problem and we expect the government to fix it? Healthcare, student loan debacle, welfare, mortgage crisis. The list goes on and on.

Obummer did nothing to help insurance premiums, just the opposite.

No matter what the courts say, we are stuck with government healthcare. Once government sticks their corrupt fingers into something, its over and the more they try to fix it the more we get screwed.

The mandate was blatantly unconstitutional and the 11th Circuit had it right.

CJ John Roberts betrayed us by overruling the 11th Circuit on the mandate issue - some speculate throwing Obama
a bone for screwing up his swearing in.

Other parts of the ACA would be valid under Congress' power to regulate interstate commerce.

When Congress repealed the mandate last year it was known that eventually the whole ACA may get struck down.

But the question I don't know is this: there must have been some non-severability clause in the ACA for the whole
thing to be struck down as violating the limits of Congressional power, as most of it is within the Commerce Clause power, albeit
wrongheaded for the most part.

Freaking NPR is still calling it the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT< WHAT A CROCK OF BULLCHIT!
