Great morning in the woods! Me and a friend of mine doubled up on bucks this morning at my farm. About 8:15 my buck stepped out nose down on the move so I made a noise to stop him and when i did he turned away from me when he stopped and didn’t give me a shot. Then he cut into the woods. Then come right back out 5 minutes later chasing a doe and they crossed into another field so I figured that was the last I’d see of him this morning. So after that I hear my buddy shoot. So after a few minutes I call him and he told me he dropped a good buck. He’s telling me the story and no kidding that doe comes back out by me so I tell him I have to go and the buck I saw earlier is back with that doe. Finally get him to stop where i could get a good shot and put him down. Was my friends biggest buck and made for a great morning in the woods. Very blessed! I had hundreds of pics of my friends buck but no pics of my buck nor had i ever seen him before.
