Sounds like somebodies going to alot of trouble to get their ticket count up. You need to get with all the local clubs and all of you as a whole visit the local GW office and if that don't help take it on up the chain.

I'd bet it ain't the states airplane...
may be a GW in the plane with a buddy that owns a plane but the state airplane is usually in use too much to have it stay anywhere long.
and , NO, flying over your property isn't harassment. But if the plane is private, get the numbers and report them.
citing hunters for something they didn't do is easy. Take it to court with proper documation, get it thrown out. I'm just assuming the ticket was for hunting without permission???

Yep, and after a time or two the judge will get tired of hearing his BS cases and give the warden an ear-full ...his crap will stop. Ain't our justice system great?

Once or twice a month on a Saturday some yahoo buzzes our house in one of two different planes. One is a WWII error war plane. He literally is just over the tree tops and he does it in a pattern for upwards of 20 to 30 laps.
I've considered driving to the Shelby county airport and waiting on him to land. But in the grand scheme of things I have too much productive stuff to do.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

Call the FAA, Federal Aviation Administration, and complain about the low flying. Get the planes numbers first.

Would you consider a game warden flying over your lease in a plane a couple hundred feet off the ground several days a week to be harassment. I mean flying in circles and you can't hear anything but engine noise for awhile. This is going on on Coffee Co to several didn't clubs I know of. How about the same game warden ticketing club members he spotted from the plane on a fire break on their property because he said it wasn't theirs? Called the warden on th ground and told him to write them up. Guys explained they had the fire lane put in back in the 1990's. GW on ground said he was told to cite them and to take it to court they could probably beat it! Here's the contact information page for the Enforcement Divison. a couple of years ago a guy i work with, who lives about 3 miles from the house buzzed my house one morning in one of them para glides things. i happened to be on the deck he flew past about 20 foot above the power pole going to the house . my wife asked me what that racket was(she works late nites)and was asleep. i told her what happened. she said to tell him if he did it again he would shoot him of of the sky, well he has never done that again cause he knows she would do it.

If it was my house, it sounds like a crop duster. Not in a WWII bomber  He's hot dogging, not crop dusting. Not two Saturdays out of the month. Most likely a neighbor taking flying lessons and flying over his property.

Nobody gives "flying lessons" just above the tree tops.
not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids
