some of y'all pay over $100 to process a deer? that's ridiculous and even more so if youre quarteringthe deer for them the hard part is done, a quartered deer shouldn't cost anymore than $45 dollars to process on the high end of the scale.
That's what I'm paying. Link sausage and the specialty stuff runs up the cost for me. I think the link with the good casings are about 3$ a pound.
