My 10x42 Viper HD's are all I need for my Bama hunting. They replaced an older pair of Nikon Monarchs. The Vipers are WAY better than the Monarchs. I don't have any experience with high end binos so can't compare to Swaro, Leica etc. If I was buying another pair in the $500 range, I'd buy another pair of the Viper HD's without hesitation.
