Central Alabama is the one I use as it is between home and hunting spot. Jamey Lewis is the owner and a good guy. The cost for a standard cut of deer is $85, whether it is gutted or not. The extra is when you get snack sticks, sausage (other than patty) or jerky made. I really like Venison Creations in Camden. Eric Stallings is the owner there. He is a fellow LEO and has others that help him out. Very fine work but out of my way so I've only used them a couple of times because at the time he was the only one making snack sticks. I've heard others say they are higher than the others but didn't pay attention because I knew the snack sticks would be high. Central Alabama now makes snack sticks so I don't have to drive to Camden to have them made.

Unless you are staying in Selma, or driving through Selma, I would plan on using Venison Creations.
