Been down this road before they’ll deny and blah blah blah. I know there’s nothing I can do but it’s just sorry ass people that will take something that belongs to someone else. My uncle owned and ran a logging business for 40 years and never did stuff like that. They’d leave the stand on the stump. those large heavy equipment tires are expensive just saying... I bet the club dues were too. Be a good way to get booted from the club.
