I’ve hunted 6 days this year. Least I’ve hunted in the last 8 seasons since I’ve lived in bama. Have a trip planned for this weekend, and of course calling for 80% of rain Saturday and Sunday. Good luck guys hope your season is going better than mine

This time last year I had two gooduns on the ground and a doe. It sucks for a lot of folks this year. I have an opinion as to why but most folks don't agree with me.

We have a two buck limit so I'm just waiting until the rut until I start back hard core. I have killed 4 does so I'll take 6 more before the end of the year and I may try my luck over at the Tuskegee National Forest. I need to set some traps one week and catch a few coyotes and a bunch of coons.

I hunt some on TNF let me know if you decide to come this way. I can maybe send you to some areas I’ve seen deer in in the past

Well seasons not over but I feel like it is. Just got done hunting the rut at my place in bibb confor 5 days, and never saw a buck I wanted to shoot. I’ll get one more weekend at my farm, but other than a possible random sit or 2 in TNF I’m done. Should be able to get one more doe, but it’ll have to be a random stroke of luck for me to kill a buck

And didn’t get it done this weekend. I was able to make 3 sits. Only saw deer on 1 sit and they were too far to shoot. Now the pressure is on. I need one more for the freezer.

I got one with my bow the last day of the season and got her posted in the points thread. Didn’t get a buck this year, sorry fellas. It was a tough season for me
