I never tried it until 5 years ago but I'm hooked. Buy you the Butterball indoor fryer. It uses 1/3 the oil and fries in half the time. Clean up is easier too.
Half the time? If you’re frying at the same temperature, it ain’t gonna cook faster. It's basically a pressure cooker.
