Looking for anything you've had that worked successfully for you or your kids. I have a 7 year old that has it pretty bad sometimes. Keeps her awake sometimes. Thoughts and ideas?

My daughter is four and has had it bad since she was a baby. What has helped her the most is using dandruff shampoo instead of soap, apparently the zinc helps clear up dry skin. I know I'll.get laughed off the site for this, but... I've had it bad at times myself and the best thing I ever tried for immediate relief was a few minutes in a tanning bed. Hope your daughter gets better soon. I have a close friend that has it bad......really bad. He swears by tanning beds.

one of my daughters has it pretty bad. steroid cream is bad for you in the long run. We use fragrance free soaps and detergent. Put a coat of aveeno baby eczema therapy night balm on before bedtime. it's worked great for us.

New cream has came out called eucrisa. Non steroid and is safe for kids. Most on here will snark at medication however I have seen some excellent results. If you were closer id give you a sample to try. Tanning helps
Only accurate rifles are interesting.
