I'm not a lawyer but due to past experience I will never answer any questions other than name, DOB, and address without an attorney. That includes speeding tickets. That is nothing against LEOs because they weren't involved when I made this personal policy. When you can be arrested, go to jail, go to court, and he found innocent WITHOUT EVER BEING ASKED WHAT HAPPENED. Not tell us your side. NOTHING!! ZILCH!! EVER!!
