Based on what you have told us I don't know how those boys were found guilty. Unfortunately our legal system is set up to let 99 criminals go free before it convicts 1 innocent man. There was no proof of anything therefore you have no case. The retired GW did not visually see criminal activity only heard gunshots. You have to prove everything.
