I’ve never fished Neely but it’s been on my radar.
What would a Neely newbie tie on and where should he go just to maybe catch a few spots? Launch in Gadsden and fish around town? Go to the lower end (like was said, I'd put in at the dam in Ohatchee, it's free). I don't enjoy fishing the upper end around Gadsden. I like Shoal, Beaver, and sometimes Canoe creeks. Or just holler at me and we'll go, it's only about 25 minutes from my house. May have to take you up on that!
