Thought it was wierd that no own had made a LFTT Opening day thread. Anyway the good Lord blessed me with a fat matriarch. Best part is that I got an 11 year old boy that ain't got his daddy around to help collect that deer. He is my (2) 11 year old girls classmate. One of these kids that has all the potential in the world and is super smart but really rough around the edges 'cause no adult men take the time to spend with him. His daddy ain't never been around and his step-daddy had a stroke last year and can't physically do much with him, I guess. Put the sneak on a big doe heading in, then she eased off, then she came back and caught us half way up the ladder..... 10 min standoff. Then needed just a few more seconds to get the shot. Got to watch 3 more till dark. They really moved this pm. Nada this AM Everything woke turns to shucks
