The 8 will get a pass from me the first time I see him. No promises if he makes a habit of showing up while I'm there.

It would be terribly difficult but if the ten was likely to add a lot in the next year I might give him a pass too. Id like to have a wall hanger one day, and he may be that already, but I don't see deer like that one too often on cam or in person so it would be a tough call.

If it was me that deer would be either killed, or the subject of an bona fide attempt

Think so? The majority of folks are thinking older and I was too. Still haven't seen him in person but I did see the tall browed 8 recently. Nice looking deer for sure.
