Mainly just to watch the deer out the window. When I left last Saturday going to the beech they were about an inch or two tall and just as pretty and green as they could be. Well I got home today and they are gone. Looks like somebody plowed them up and never put any seed out just bare dirt. Damnedest thing I have ever seen. If you're gonna be stupid you better be tough.

mman 8 point M Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 1,361	I’ve seen where deer have wiped them out in a short time. When it is wet, they pull the plants up by the roots. We had a remote field on our hunting club wiped out in a few days. Someone had a camera on it and there 14 deer, I think, at one time on it.

No hogs here and would be easy to tell if hogs had done it. A few deer tracks in the fields but not enough deer around here to have done that.
