Shot this doe this morning at 25 yards. I'm always worried about hitting the shoulder, I know I won't penetrate it. I'm pulling 54 pounds, 24 1/2 draw.. I just know I can bust through the shoulders. I shot the pocket right behind the shoulder, my arrow broke off inside of her ( I assume I hit the back sholder) I got both lungs and had an exit hole.. I don't know why my arrow didn't pass through? When gutting the deer I found my arrow alright!
