I found several stands of the bushes that you speak of on Wheeler Refuge and got to looking up and around. It turned out that I was standing under some buckeye trees that were 18" thru and 50 feet tall. The bushes had sprouted from the leftover buckeyes that the deer missed and I don't know if they'll ever grow to be very big due to being shaded out by the canopy above them. They biggest ones were bearing fruit though.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
