Well I went ahead and did it myself. It's not the end of the world but it ain't right either. Guess it's just like everything else in life, I'll get better with practice. The main thing that makes me want to get someone else to do it is that when I look in the mirror I only have that straight on perspective and can't see my face from a profile view. I don't want to trim it and think I'm fine while I'm really walking around looking like a dufus (or maybe more of a dufus than I otherwise would) because my beard's all jacked up only I don't know it. I walk around looking like Phil Robertson. So I don't understand your concern.
