There's also a lot of landowners around him that can out check write him 5x over. That wasn't the issue folks I know had of him. It was more so of how to treat a lady No doubt i know a few, but they weren't the ones complaining  I love it when my neighbors make the property value go up! It's the one's the fire sale it that hurt. If I paid 1000 an acre and the adjoining property sells for 2000 an acre, I win HUGE!
