I bought the Ferris is2100z with four wheel suspension and it is great. Not sure how much Simplicity mowers are but I paid $8k on sale.

As I posted in Shiloh’s thread, it generally comes down to transaxle, air intake and suspension that separates commercial mowers from residential mowers.
