If you get the buffet / meat for $50 you get access to the salad bar as well. If you only get the $25 salad bar then of course you only have access to the soup and salad bar. They do charge per drink (no free refills). I know you guys couldn't have drank $45 worth of cokes and if you didn't get desert or alcohol they definitely charged you incorrectly. Your bill should have been around $100.
When my wife and I went, she got the soup and salad bar and I got the buffet and with our drinks I think the total was $82. Yep. Sounds like they added the salad bar cost on top of the buffet to jack it up. May have been an accident, may have been on purpose. Seems hinky that two folks could get a bill for $145 with the TdB rates that are basically prix fixe. Dadgummit, now I want a platter of lamb chops and some other goodies.
