“More drawn out background check”...yep. They musta seen me post on here. They picked my file up over a month ago...still no word. last stamp i got took 7 months on an SBR Ive heard of people waiting close to a year. I really dont understand what takes so long they really dont do anything more than the regular background check that takes 15 minutes in a gunstore. We do all the foot work before its ever sent in getting fingerprints and a Sheriffs signature. it shouldnt take more than 2 weeks.
