Beat 2 eggs, add 3/4 cup sugar, beat some more.
Add 2 cups of whole cream and 1 cup of milk. Mix.
That's your base.
If doing fruit, mix some sugar and lime zest in it and let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so. Add the fruit and accumulated juice to the ice cream right before it finishes.
