We need to change the welfare system. People shouldn't be forced to cut hours, etc or they will lose benefits. Same for SS. There are also a lot of baby boomers that are nearly unemployable. Lack computer skills, etc. This data does NOT agree with the article: We are only ~63% labor force participation rate. https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS11300000
