They are talking about enacting a law where waiters and waitresses can be arrested for giving two straws to the same person. lord help you if yours falls on the floor, better not ask for another. This just shows the degree of mental illness that is found in liberals. They must be missing a chromosome or a gene or something. Prime examples are the morons they have in Congress. serious mental illness. Arrest someone for giving out too many straws?????
