Seems like thats the way it is for most business. Big guys can take a hit or take jobs that lose money just to keep a good crew paid and working until a good one comes along.
I look around and if i want to quit the excavating company i work for, my only choice is 2 smaller companies. There aint nothing to choose from anymore. Just like walmart. Dollar General
