Guys, sorry about not doing better this season for the Team. This was absolutely the most frustrating season I have had in 35 years of turkey hunting. Hear a bird gobble in place A (while standing in Place B), to to place A tomorrow and nothing or he is another section away. I even hunted this morning before catching a plane because I heard a new bird on Saturday. Same thing. He is roosted across a creek you can’t wade and hits the ground going the other way before I even call the first time. I toted a monkey all season long. Still fun to chase them but heck not getting to hear but one drum all year. Happy summer to y’all.
