CWD is spread through direct contact with body fluids (saliva, urine, etc.). Concentrating deer at a feeder increases the frequency of direct nose-to-nose contact. Hence, if CWD is discovered in a particular herd, then feeders can accelerate its spread. thats why its best to spread it out through the food plot.
