Got our lease paperwork from them today. 14.3%!increase from last year. This is after they spent almost 12 months on the place cutting timber!! Are yall going to keep the lease or let it go? Keeping it now. We haven’t gone up on dues in about 5 years, but we may have to go up a little to cover this increase.
