I was just pointing out that the ring was not factually correct. Alabama and Auburn both won the West but Auburn went to Atlanta on a tie breaker due to the head to head win. I think the tiebreaker means they won the west A lot of people think that but that's not how it works. Multiple teams can win the title (Much like Auburn and Tennessee shared the regular season basketball title this season). Alabama and Auburn tied for 1'st in the West with identical 7-1 conference records. Auburn represented the West in the SECCG due to the tiebreaker for head to head win. Think of it this way.... there is no need for a tie breaker if there is no tie. If you don't believe me though, here are the final West standings.
