I will address your last post and then I am out. Alimony isn’t automatic in the state. But, when it is paid, it is paid by the party that makes more money. Almost always the man. Child support is always paid to the custodial parent. Again, usually the women because 90% of men don’t seek custody. Child support has nothing to do with marriage. Have a kid outside marriage and see if it makes it better. Child support is going to happen if you have a kid and you split up. Doesn’t matter if you were ever married. You can’t be sent to prison for not paying child support. You can be sent to jail. Jail and prison are not the same thing. You can only be sent to jail if it is proven that you willfully or intentionally didn’t pay child support when you had the ability to do so.

Do men get screwed, yes, sometimes. So do women. The reason you only hear bad stories is because no one tells the good stories. It is also so much better to say the bitch took everything.
