Well Chris and I made contact and he offered to make things right by meeting yesterday at TA truck stop in cottondale. It looked like he was going to try to drag me out all day so I offered to let him meet me today at 1PM. He agreed and the conversation ended on that.
Well again, I text him yesterday asking to confirm the meeting and again no response. Again later last night, nothing.
I sent a text this am, nothing.
I went to meeting place at 1PM, he flat out stood me up.
Ive met somebody in this process that has made contact with him and has agreed to pick up the tree stand tomorrow at his house. At this point I have no more sympathy for him nor will I listen to any excuses. Evidently after seeing the text conversation hes had with our "middle man", hes still on the tit and his mommy is doing everything for him. I hated that it came to this being aired out on here but its 99% his fault. I will take part blame for loaning something out to someone who doesn't want to help themselves.
I appreciate the support on here and I really appreciate the "middle man" helping like he did. He had nothing to gain out of this ordeal. He knows who he is.
Also had a moderator step in and help a lot and I appreciate that too.
People wanted an update after this weekend so there ya go. It is what it is I guess.

If you don't even have the money for emergency purposes then you don't need to be posting up your number for people to sending you pics of guns and whatever else you want to buy.

Your a good man and your heart is pure gold. Dont change ! Glad I wasnt in your shoes cause I would have handled it a bit different and would never made aldeer news....he would have always remembered me and my work crew.

I just think the nanny goat nipples should've been a spin-off thread. Same for Harvey Updyke. Just my opinion.  Hope the OP eventually gets his stuff back.
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
